Maintain a database of all associates in your downline in order that you can organize notes and follow the requirements of different members in your downline. Strike a personal triad with all members in your downline, showing them that you revere their service and are not interested in only the money they are earning for your business. Remember, no MLM business can flourish without an adept and active downline and hence keeping your downline glad and satisfied is one of the corner-stones of a profitable MLM business.
